How billing works…
If you receive statements from both systems, please follow the payment instructions provided on each statement. Balances on Medent statements must be paid through Medent, as these balances will not appear in MyChart. Payments will be directed to the appropriate system based on your date of service: Medent for visits before October 24, 2026, and MyChart for visits on or after October 24, 2026.
Patients seen prior to October 24, 2026, should continue to make payments through Medent.
Patients seen on or after October 24, 2026, should make payments through MyChart.
If patients receive two different statements, they should follow the instructions on each statement.
Balances on a Medent bill must be paid through Medent, as EPIC will not reflect balances from original Medent statements.
Statement payments will be routed through Medent or EPIC based on the date of service.
