At UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, we are dedicated to continually improving the quality of care for our patients. In order to keep improving, we have been collecting and analyzing almost 1.5 million responses about your experience with us and your surgical outcomes.
After each visit with us, we politely ask that you provide feedback in form of a survey through a system called PatientIQ. Answers to questions such as overall experience and your pain level and mobility after surgery are gathered. This helps us to customize your care experience and continually improve it for future patients.
