UBMD Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is the largest and most trusted orthopaedics group in Western New York, committed to improving lives in our community. Our team of physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, sports performance coaches and other providers offer comprehensive care for any musculoskeletal problem or injury — encompassing imaging, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and injury prevention all in one unified place. More than 80 percent of patients are treated non-surgically. Should you choose to seek treatment from another provider, your medical records can be transferred upon receipt of a signed written authorization form.
