I specialize in orthopaedic surgery of the spine with emphasis on motion preservation, endoscopic surgery, complex spinal deformity and reconstruction, and spine trauma. Advancing patient care through research, innovation and evidence-based medicine is a cornerstone of my practice. I understand every patient has unique goals, and I believe treatment should be individualized — from nonoperative care when appropriate to the latest surgical techniques when surgery is the best option. Dr. Christopher Lucasti specializes in orthopaedic surgery of the spine with emphasis on motion preservation, endoscopic surgery, complex spinal deformity and reconstruction, and spine trauma. He graduated from Villanova University, earned his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University, completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the University at Buffalo and pursued advanced training in spine surgery at the prestigious Emory University.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Lucasti has authored over 50 peer-reviewed publications and more than 50 abstracts, reflecting a strong commitment to research, innovation and evidence-based spine care. He brings a comprehensive, academically grounded approach to the treatment of both routine and highly complex spinal conditions.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
