Philosophy
I was always involved in sports growing up and while in college had a friend say I would be good at athletic training. After college I got into coaching more and strength & conditioning. As I spent more time with strength & conditioning, that helped to direct how I approach rehabilitation. I’ve also grown up trying to help others the best I can, and Athletic Training was a good mix of being able to do that and still be involved in sports.
