I called yesterday morning, left my info on UBMD’s message requesting an appointment with Dr. Rachala about my knee and the recording said they would return the call by day’s end. The office called back within the first half hour after calling. I explained my need for an appointment in the near future. She asked if I can come in today as they had 2 cancellations. I was pleasantly surprised and scheduled for the afternoon that day. Everyone from the return call back, front receptionist, inner workers, X-ray tech, to Denise, Dr. Rachala’s PA were helpful, efficient, very knowledgeable, and able to answer any questions I had. I moved through the steps quickly, although I was never rushed anywhere. I had seen Dr. Rachala last year and this was a follow-up for the same issue. I am very happy with all the services I received here today and I am glad to have found this practice to guide me through any orthopaedic concerns that arise.
