2026 Impact Sports Performance Spring/Summer Camps
Take your athletic performance to the next level with IMPACT Sports Performance’s spring/summer strength & conditioning camps — designed for youth athletes across all sports, ages 9 to 14.
All sessions of the following youth camps will be held at our Harborcenter (Downtown) location at 100 Washington St. in Buffalo (6th floor). Session 2 and Session 3 camps will also be offered at our 716 Health Building (Northtown) location at 111 North Maplemere Rd. (Suite 100) in Williamsville. Registration is open to individuals, as well as teams.
2026 IMPACT Sports Performance Camp (9–12 years old)
This 5-week introductory strength and conditioning camp is designed to teach kids ages 9–12 the basics of moving well and getting stronger in a fun, safe environment. Campers will be introduced to fundamental movements like squatting, jumping, running, pushing and pulling, using bodyweight exercises, games and simple challenges.
The focus is on learning proper technique, building coordination and developing confidence, not heavy lifting. Sessions are age-appropriate, engaging and supportive — perfect for beginners or young athletes looking to build a strong foundation for sports and lifelong fitness.

2026 IMPACT Sports Performance Camp (13–14 years old)
This 5-week introductory strength and conditioning camp is designed for teens ages 13–14 to learn the fundamentals of training in a safe, structured and supportive environment. Campers will be introduced to proper movement patterns, basic strength exercises, speed and agility work, and conditioning techniques using bodyweight, light resistance and controlled progressions.
The emphasis is on building a strong foundation, learning correct technique, and understanding how to train safely and effectively. This camp is ideal for beginners or young athletes preparing for sports, helping them develop strength, coordination, confidence and healthy training habits that carry into the school year and beyond.

2026 Impact Sports Performance Girls ACL Prevention Strength & Conditioning Camps
Help your athlete build strength, reduce injury risk and elevate her game — all in a motivating and empowering environment.
Our 5‑Week, All‑Girls ACL Prevention Strength & Conditioning Camps are designed to empower young female athletes (ages 9 to 14) with the strength, stability and confidence needed to compete safely and at a high level. Built on evidence‑based training methods, this camp focuses on reducing ACL‑injury risk — while improving overall athletic performance.

Across five progressive weeks, young female athletes will learn proper movement mechanics and build strong foundations in strength, balance, agility and power. Training sessions emphasize knee‑safe landing techniques, cutting mechanics, hip and core stability, and lower‑body strength development — key components proven to reduce ACL injuries in female athletes.
Led by certified strength & conditioning specialists, this program offers a supportive, all‑girls environment where athletes can improve performance, gain confidence and form healthy training habits that carry over into every sport.
This camp is ideal for female athletes in soccer, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse or any sport that demands quick direction changes and explosive movements.

2026 Spring IMPACT Academy of Hockey Training Camps
These hockey-specific spring youth training camps are being held in conjunction with the Academy of Hockey on-ice programming at the LECOM Harborcenter. Camp packages correlate with what the Academy is offering in the spring — Power Sessions on Tuesdays and Skills Sessions on Thursdays.
Each session of the Impact Strength & Conditioning Camp is built to support the athletic development of Squirt/Peewee (Ages 9-12) or Bantam/Midget (Ages 13-14) players while aligning directly with their Power Skating & Skills work on the ice. Sessions follow a consistent, age‑appropriate structure designed to improve strength, speed, coordination and confidence in a progressive and engaging environment.
