Team Performance Training

We offer an innovative approach to team training – building a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete’s individual goals. Athletes are closely supervised as our coaches take them through an intense 60-minute workout with a focus on proper biomechanics and energy system development.

2-4 Month Team Performance Training Programs (On and Off-Site)

Our 2-4 month team performance training programs are designed to optimize athletic development, cohesion, and performance for teams in both on-site and off-site settings. These programs focus on enhancing strength, speed, agility, conditioning, and sport-specific skills, while fostering team unity and accountability. Whether conducted at our training facility or at the team’s location, the program is customized to meet the specific needs of the team, ensuring measurable improvements over the duration of the program.

Phase 1:
Initial Team Assessment and Goal Setting

Before the training program begins, we conduct a comprehensive team assessment to evaluate the current fitness and performance levels of each athlete. This assessment includes:

  • Mobility and flexibility screening to identify limitations that could impact performance.
Strength and power testing to gauge baseline levels.
  • Speed and agility drills to measure quickness, reaction time, and directional changes.
  • Conditioning tests to assess cardiovascular and endurance capacities.
  • Team-specific needs assessment based on the sport, season goals, and coaching input.

The data from these assessments helps us set clear, measurable goals for the team’s performance over the next 2-4 months.

Phase 2:
Structured Training Program (On or Off-Site)

The core of the program is a highly structured training schedule that focuses on both individual and team performance improvements. Training can be conducted on-site at our facility, or off-site at the team’s preferred location, with equipment and facilities tailored to the team’s needs.

On-Site Training

Teams that train at our facility benefit from state-of-the-art equipment and access to specialized tools like force plates, recovery stations, and individualized athlete monitoring. We create a focused environment where the team can train with minimal distractions under the guidance of our expert coaches.

Off-Site Training

For off-site programs, we bring our expertise and equipment to your location. The training is adapted to the available space and facilities, ensuring that no compromise is made on the quality of the program. Our coaches work closely with team staff to integrate training sessions into the team’s existing schedule and environment.

Key Training Components

Strength and Power Development

Through carefully periodized strength training, we enhance the overall strength and power of the team. Focused on compound movements (e.g., squats, deadlifts, presses) and explosive power exercises (e.g., plyometrics, Olympic lifts), the goal is to improve functional strength and explosiveness, relevant to the team’s sport.

Speed and Agility

Speed and agility are essential for competitive performance. The program incorporates sport-specific sprint drills, agility ladders, cone drills, and reaction-based exercises to enhance quickness, acceleration, deceleration, and change of direction. These drills are designed to mimic game scenarios and improve on-field decision-making.

Conditioning and Endurance

A key component of the program is sport-specific conditioning that mirrors the demands of the game. Conditioning workouts include interval training, team relays, and endurance circuits that challenge both aerobic and anaerobic systems, ensuring that athletes can maintain peak performance throughout a game or match.

Team Cohesion and Communication

Training as a group allows for the development of team cohesion, communication, and shared accountability. We incorporate team-building drills and competitions within the training program to improve communication on and off the field. These exercises help athletes work together more effectively, enhancing overall team dynamics.

Phase 3:
Monitoring, Feedback, and Adjustments

Throughout the program, we monitor each athlete’s progress using performance metrics, training logs, and team feedback. Coaches receive regular updates on individual and team improvements, and adjustments are made to the program as needed. This ensures that the team is continually progressing toward its goals, with recovery and injury prevention strategies incorporated into the training plan.

Phase 4:
Performance Evaluation and Program Conclusion

At the end of the 2-4 month period, we conduct a final evaluation to measure improvements in all areas of training. A post-program assessment compares the initial baseline data with the final results to highlight progress in:

  • Strength and power gains

  • Increased speed and agility

  • Improved conditioning and endurance

  • Enhanced team communication and dynamics

This evaluation provides coaches and athletes with a clear understanding of how far the team has come and what areas may need continued focus going into the competitive season.
